Our Mango Passionfruit Bonbon has a white chocolate shell and two unique internal layers. The first is a mango pate de fruit utilizing fresh mangos! The second is a white chocolate ganache made using mangos and passionfruit to produce a harmonious flavor combination. It's sunshine in a bonbon!
