Our Lemon Bomb Bonbon has a dark chocolate shell and two unique internal layers. The first is a lemon pate de fruit made with tons of lemons, it adds a powerful burst of flavour. The second is a white chocolate ganache made using freshly squeezed lemon juice and lemon zest.
