Calamansi & Honey

Our Calamansi & Honey Bonbon has a dark chocolate shell and three unique internal layers. The first layer is a white chocolate calamansi ganache, highlighting its unique citrus qualities. The second is a dark chocolate honey ganache that joins everything together. The final and third layer is a roasted macadamia nut, crushed and enrobed in dark chocolate. Slightly crunchy, sweet citrus, with a floral dark chocolate finish. It's the prefect way to herald summers end!
