Our Banana Caramel Bonbon has a unique caramelized chocolate shell and two internal layers. The first is a ganache is made using ripe bananas suitable for a luxurious banana bread. The second is a rich creamy caramel. This chocolate is reminiscent of a chocolate banana bread, and is oh so good!
